For this second edition of 4 hands cooking Fabrice Vuillemin, Master Cook of Belgium and head of the restaurant « Bel Etage» in Knokke, cooked with Alexandre in his open kitchen, offering a delicious & surprising 5 course menu: « Foie gras aux figues, Pomme de terre-Anguille fumée-Caviar, Fricassée de Homard- Esturgeon & Asperges Vertes, Cannette de Barbarie au thym frais, Gratin de Rhubarbe aux fruits rouges & glace vanille.
The two “Maestro” from Brel’s country delighted the taste buds of the guests and created an unforgettable moment!
Some great chefs enjoyed the dinner as well, Cédric Poncelet from the restaurant Cédric in Knokke and Jesus Fabian Cangas from Casanis in Marbella.
